Open Graduate Assistantships for Spring 2026

Graduate School | The ULM Graduate School will be hiring two graduate research assistantships for Spring 2026.听 Hiring is being done on behalf of another department, and the chosen applicant should expect relocation to another area on-campus.听 Qualified applicants will have good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; be detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and under direction; have good organizational habits and a strong work ethic.听

Applicants should email Deborah LeCroy-Beaver, Director of Graduate Enrollment, Marketing, and Operations at beaver@ulm.edu; your email should introduce yourself with a statement that includes your graduate program, expected date of graduation, and your professional goals. Your email should also address what you feel are your professional strengths and weaknesses. You should attach a copy of your and three forms of support using the . Applicants who have never been a Graduate Assistant are required by law to submit the form prior to hiring. Emails without the Application and Recommendation attachments will not be considered for first round interviews.听

Application Process for obtaining a Graduate Assistantship:

  • Send all application materials (Graduate Assistant Application Form and 3 GA Recommendation Letter/Forms) directly to your graduate program coordinator if you are seeking a position within your program, or to the hiring supervisor listed in the job posting.
  • Do not send your application materials to the ULM Graduate School.
