Application Process for obtaining a Graduate Assistantship:

  • Send all application materials (Graduate Assistant Application Form and 3 GA Recommendation Letter/Forms) directly to your graduate program coordinator if you are seeking a position within your program, or to the hiring supervisor listed in the job posting.
  • Do not send your application materials to the ULM Graduate School.
