Having trouble or experiencing technical issues???

      • You do not have to call your instructor or a classmate to find out who can solve your technology issue.

      • You only need to call our IT Helpdesk at 318-342-3333.听

Our call support staff will assess your issue and route it to the most appropriate IT personnel group. Then someone will reach out to you by phone or by way of ticket update emails. Depending on the issue, we may want to connect with you via Zoom. You also can reach our support channels online and after hours at听.听
