A meal plan is required for all students living on campus.
4 Bedroom, 2 Bath
Residents in 4-bedroom apartments may choose between two contract options. The default contract is the Academic Year. Beginning in September, contract changes may be requested up to the Drop Day of the Fall semester.
Option 1: Academic Year Contract (Default)
- Private Room: $3,577 per semester
- Private bedroom within a unit with a shared bathroom, vanity, and common area.
Contract Period: Academic Year
The Academic Year contract includes the Fall and Spring semesters (August through May).
After the Drop Day of the Fall semester, residents may add a summer contract for an additional $895.
Summer extends from the end of the Spring semester through July 31.
Academic Year charges appear on Fall and Spring bills. Summer charges appear on the summer bill only.
Option 2: Academic Year Plus Summer Contract
- Private Room: $3,818 per semester
- Private bedroom within a unit with a shared bathroom, vanity, and common area.
Contract Period: Academic Year plus Summer
Includes Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters (August Move-In Mania through July 31).
Charges are posted on Fall and Spring bills only.
2 Bedroom, 2 Bath
- Private Room: $4,356 per semester
- Private bedroom and bathroom within a unit with a shared common area.
Contract Period: Academic Year plus Summer
Includes Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters (August Move-In Mania through July 31).
Charges are posted on Fall and Spring bills only.
1 Bedroom, 1 Bath
- Private Room: $5,158 per semester
- Private bedroom, bathroom, and common area within a unit.
Contract Period: Academic Year plus Summer
Includes Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters (August Move-In Mania through July 31).

Academic Requirement
- Apartment Building 5 and a portion of Apartment Building 6 are considered upperclassmen Scholars鈥� Halls and require a minimum of 30 ULM credit hours. The minimum grade point average required for continuing students is 3.3.
- Apartment Building 7 and a portion of Apartment Building 6 are considered upperclassmen halls and require a minimum of 30 ULM credit hours. The minimum grade point average required for continuing students is 2.5.
