WHAT:Holidays at ULM Tree Lighting

MONROE, La.–˶ Campus Activities Board (CAB) is inviting the public to kick off the holiday season with the annual tree lighting ceremony on Monday, December 1, at 5:30 p.m. Due to the weather forecast, the tree lighting will be livestreamed inside the Hangar.
The Holidays at ULM festivities will take place at The Hangar (second floor). The event will be hosted by the newly crowned Miss ULM Katherine McCullars and Mr. ULM Braden Tucker. ULM President Dr. Carrie Castille will offer remarks and light the tree.
“The tree lighting ceremony is a cherished tradition we share with the community,” said Sidney Jones, Coordinator of Student Activities and CAB Advisor. “It serves as a beacon of unity, tradition, and peace,and is an opportunity to pause and reflect on the end of another year together and the new year to come.”
Attendees can alsodonateto the WarhawksforHopeChristmas Project drive. All giftsand donationscollectedwill stay local, directlybenefitingclients served by The Center for Children & Families’ annual Christmas Project. Learn more about the projecthere.
