Spring 2026 Check-In Overview
Your room assignment, roommates, and suitemates for the Spring 2026 semester will be available on your eRezLife account. On this page, you will find helpful information to enable a faster move-in process. Please review this information carefully and contact the relevant office(s) before your arrival on campus.
We look forward to your arrival at the University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM)! As you know, living on campus is a very exciting aspect of university life, and our goal is to make your on-campus living experience enjoyable.
Before you arrive on campus for move-in, BE SURE:
- You are registered for classes.
- You have a ULM ID Card and have selected a meal plan with Warhawk ID Services.
- For questions about your meal plan, contact Warhawk ID Services (WIDS) at idcard@ulm.edu or call 318-342-5002
- You have paid your semester bill, or you are aware that it is covered by aid or a
payment plan. For questions about:
- Loans, Grants, Third-Party Scholarships, and TOPS, contact Financial Aid at finaid@ulm.edu or call 318-342-5320
- Scholarship, contact the Scholarship Office at scholarships@ulm.edu or call 318-342-5321
- Fee Bill Balance, contact Student Account Services at sas@ulm.edu or call 318-342-5124
Check-In Schedule
Please follow the schedule below:
Friday, January 9, 2026 – Continuing and Returning Students
- Begin at the ULM Activity Center
- Anytime between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM
Saturday, January 10, 2026 – First Time Freshmen and New-to-Campus
- Begin at the ULM Activity Center
- Anytime between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM
Check-in will not be done on Sunday, January 11, 2026. Students are not permitted to receive keys or building access on Sundays. Students will need to wait until Monday, January 12, 2026, during university business hours.

Fee Payment Deadline
To avoid classes being dropped, Thursday, January 8, 2026, before 3:30 PM is the deadline to pay your semester bill. Review Student Billing for more information.
